Everette went to school in downtown Los Angeles at The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM). After graduating he went on to work in the fashion industry as a personal image consultant taking clients shopping and advising them on style and upcoming trends. Later he began shopping for celebrities which opened doors into the film and television world as a wardrobe stylist. He would always have a camera around his neck snapping photos of everything he did.
He expanded his education in Pasadena at Art Center College of Design (ACCD). While majoring in photography he also took courses in art history, cinematography and advertising.
During his time at ACCD he worked as an assistant to Jill Greenberg. Then he got a job at Paper Magazine as the West Coast Market Editor. By the end of his studies he was doing free lance fashion shoots for magazines, modeling agencies and fashion houses.
Today Everette contributes to several magazines. He interviews and photographs celebrities, judges fashion and art competitions, exhibits in galleries, and shoots locally and internationally. He is frequently networking at fashion shows and red carpet events as he uses his intellectual capital of trends and ideas to consult for individuals as well as corporations.
